Talent Acquisition Coordinator

A rapidly expanding life sciences company is adding a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a busy recruiting team during an exciting period of growth. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping create an exceptional candidate experience from the first interview through onboarding.

You'll work alongside recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership while gaining exposure to full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and talent operations. This position offers excellent career growth within one of North County San Diego's strongest industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and hiring manager calendars
• Manage applicant tracking system updates and candidate communications
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Assist with background checks, employment verification, and new hire paperwork
• Schedule orientation and onboarding activities
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring reports
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, and university partnerships
• Provide administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative experience
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS, etc.) preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree or HR coursework preferred
