Robert Half is seeking an experienced Equity & Payroll Specialist to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) practice. What You'll Do
- Administer employee equity programs using E*TRADE Equity Edge Online, including stock options, RSUs, and other equity awards.
- Partner with Payroll to process equity-related payroll transactions, tax withholding, and reporting using TriNet.
- Maintain accurate equity records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end equity and payroll activities.
- Utilize NetSuite to support financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting processes.
- Analyze equity and payroll data, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively resolve them before they impact business operations.
- Contribute to special projects, system implementations, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

- Experience administering equity compensation programs using E*TRADE Equity Edge Online.
- Hands-on experience with TriNet payroll, including equity-related payroll reporting and tax processing.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, execution-oriented, and proactive in identifying solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset.
