Marketing Automation Manager

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation initiatives across multiple digital channels. This individual will drive customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign performance through automation platforms while partnering closely with marketing, sales, analytics, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sophisticated marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys.
• Build lead nurturing strategies to increase conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop audience segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting strategies.
• Implement campaign performance tracking, reporting, and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with CRM, sales, and digital marketing teams to align business objectives.
• Ensure data quality, campaign governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Lead automation architecture enhancements and platform integrations.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing automation experience.
• Expertise in platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
