Responsibilities
- Prepare and review high-net-worth individual and trust tax returns
- Handle federal, state, and multi-state tax filings
- Prepare tax projections, quarterly estimates, and year-round tax planning
- Identify proactive tax savings opportunities for clients
- Partner with advisors on integrated tax and financial planning strategies
- Meet directly with clients to discuss tax planning and compliance matters
- Review work prepared by junior staff and provide mentorship
- Support process improvements, technology initiatives, and special projects

Qualifications:
- Active CPA with the ability to practice in California
- Strong experience preparing and reviewing high-net-worth individual and trust returns
- Experience with multi-state taxation and business entity returns
- Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
- Proficiency with tax software and QuickBooks Online preferred
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work directly with clients
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in technology, AI, and process improvement
