Recruiter

We are seeking a Recruiter for a contract opportunity to support hiring efforts across multiple departments. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer coordination and onboarding support. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions, and utilizing Workday for recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain ongoing communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Utilize Workday to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and recruiting activity.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report on recruiting activity and hiring progress.

Qualifications:

3+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting.

Experience using Workday required.

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
