Recruiter

We are looking for a driven Recruiter to join a Contract assignment supporting high-volume talent sourcing in Louisville, Kentucky. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines for nursing and nursing support openings through consistent outreach and efficient screening practices. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, experienced with Workday, and confident using major sourcing platforms to keep hiring activity moving throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
• Source candidates with experience in nursing and nursing support positions using online recruiting channels and database searches.
• Manage a steady flow of recruiting activity each day, maintaining momentum across multiple open roles in a high-volume environment.
• Use Workday to track applicants, update candidate records, and support an organized hiring workflow.
• Identify and engage prospective talent through platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Screen candidates to assess alignment with role requirements and move viable applicants through the process efficiently.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing priorities and adjust sourcing strategies based on demand.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting with a strong focus on sourcing candidates.
• Proven ability to support high-volume hiring and manage a busy daily workload.
• Hands-on experience using Workday is required.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Experience sourcing talent through Indeed, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to engage candidates professionally.

Compensation

$20.00-$22.00 Hourly
