Schedule: Part-time, In Person
Our team is hiring a Part-Time Medical Biller to support day-to-day billing operations in an in-person office setting in Batavia, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit medical claims
- Verify insurance information and patient data
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
- Post payments and reconcile billing records
- Communicate with patients, insurance carriers, and internal staff regarding billing questions
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with billing procedures
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical billing required
- Knowledge of insurance verification, claims processing, and payment posting
- Familiarity with revenue cycle processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Compensation
