Associate Advisor | Wealth Management Firm | San Ramon

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career financial planning professional to work alongside experienced advisors while gaining hands-on exposure to the entire financial planning process.

Responsibilities
- Partner with senior advisors to deliver a high-touch client experience
- Prepare for client meetings and help develop comprehensive financial plans
- Support implementation of planning recommendations and follow through on client action items
- Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing planning support
- Collaborate with client service, operations, and compliance teams
- Manage planning workflows and contribute to process improvements
- Participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 2-5 years of financial planning experience or related wealth management experience
- SIE, Series 7, Series 66 (or 63/65), and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain them
- CFP® coursework completed or a strong desire to pursue the designation
- Experience with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital, or similar planning software
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
