Employee Experience Coordinator

A growing manufacturing company is looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to support Human Resources initiatives that enhance employee engagement, onboarding, recognition, and internal communications. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys creating positive employee experiences while developing a career in Human Resources. You'll work closely with HR leadership to coordinate programs that make a meaningful impact on employees across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
• Organize employee recognition events and engagement initiatives
• Assist with HRIS data entry and personnel record maintenance
• Support benefits enrollment and employee communications
• Coordinate training sessions and company meetings
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee files
• Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and onboarding logistics
• Support special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of Human Resources, employee engagement, or administrative experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, UKG, or Paylocity is a plus
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or HR certification is a plus but not required
