Contact Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Data Analyst to support a contract data remediation and quality improvement initiative within a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) environment.

This project will focus on reviewing contract records, validating key contract information, correcting data discrepancies, and improving the accuracy of contract repositories used for reporting, compliance, and business operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in contract administration, legal operations, contract management, procurement, paralegal services, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial contract records within a contract management platform
• Validate contract metadata against executed agreements
• Identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete contract information
• Review key contract terms including:
• Effective dates
• Expiration dates
• Renewal provisions
• Notice periods
• Contracting parties
• Signatures and approvals
• Perform quality assurance reviews and document findings
• Research and resolve contract data discrepancies
• Partner with legal, finance, procurement, operations, and business stakeholders
• Support contract repository cleanup and data governance efforts
• Provide status updates on remediation progress

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Contract Administration
• Contract Management
• Legal Operations
• Procurement
• Paralegal Services
• Contract Compliance
• Experience reviewing commercial agreements and legal documents
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to interpret contractual language and business terms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in document management, contract management, or repository environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
