The role focuses on performance strategy, agency leadership, measurement, customer journey optimization, media mix planning, and growth strategy, while media buying and day‑to‑day ad management are handled by external agencies.

Growth Strategy & Agency Leadership
- Act as accountable agency sponsor to drive success in the relationship, set strategic priorities, hold agency and internal teams accountable, and represent the partnership’s work to senior local and global leadership.
- Define and optimize end‑to‑end customer journeys across paid, owned, retail media, and commerce touchpoints to improve acquisition, conversion, and repeat purchase behavior.
- Partner cross‑functionally to identify growth opportunities, remove friction in the customer journey, and improve marketing efficiency across channels.
Measurement & Insights
- Guide measurement strategy in partnership with Analytics, including MMM, MTA/MMT, incrementality testing, match-market testing, attribution, and cross-channel performance analysis.
- Translate performance, investment, and customer journey data into clear, decision‑oriented insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Define and drive the test‑and‑learn agenda across paid media, measurement, and customer journey initiatives, ensuring learnings are documented, shared, and operationalized.
