Why work at Villanova?
Serve as a member of the VSB O’Donnell Center for Professional Development and Undergraduate Programs teams, collaborating with the Director of Mentor Programs. Focus on creating a culture of mentoring and developing impactful mentoring experiences for 400+ undergraduate business students and alumni mentors. Manage the VSB Mentor Program development, student engagement initiatives, and mentoring platform effectiveness. Develop co-curricular initiatives that provide business students with the opportunity for career exploration and professional development through mentoring relationships. Engage with VSB Mentor Program Advisory Board members to develop and implement VSB Mentor Program strategic direction. Play an integral role on the O’Donnell Center team, contributing to the development of a broad range of resources/services including professional development curriculum. This position is part-time status, 3 days/week for a total of 18-21 hours weekly.

| Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours: | Occasional evening/weekend commitments during academic year and infrequent off-campus travel. |

This part-time position is expected to work three days per week on-campus to support the O’Donnell Center for Professional Development within the Villanova School of Business, for a total of approximately 18–21 hours a week. Flexible scheduling and hybrid work arrangements may be considered based on Center needs and will be discussed during the interview process. Because of the value we place on the servicing our students, our strong preference is for applicants who can commit to regular on-campus hours at Villanova University.
