Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Demonstrations
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences
- Configure and demonstrate product feasibility and value
- Lead technical discovery sessions and proof-of-concept implementations
- Provide expert consultation on product capabilities and application potential
Sales Collaboration
- Partner with sales representatives to develop sales campaigns
- Support RFP responses with technical content and specifications
- Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Provide product capability validation and competitive analysis
Solution Development
- Assess potential applications of company products to meet specific customer needs
- Prepare detailed product specifications and technical proposals
- Create comprehensive design and implementation specifications for complex solutions
- Develop technical documentation and implementation roadmaps
Pre-Sales Technical Support
- Provide comprehensive technical support throughout the sales cycle for APD products, applications, and solutions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional (sales, service, product management, development) teams to identify and qualify technical opportunities
- Conduct detailed business process and technical assessments of customer requirements and pain points
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 5-10 years’ experience in the collision repair market.
- Strong Familiarity with Mitchell APD products.
- Experience with complex sales cycles and enterprise-level customers.

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills for developing long-term customer relationships
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and technical evaluations simultaneously
- Value Articulation: Expertise in translating complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Technical Presentation: Ability to deliver compelling technical demonstrations across all audiences
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, product and other cross-functional teams
- Customer Advocacy: Skilled in representing customer needs to internal product and development teams
- Technical Documentation: Proficiency in creating clear, comprehensive technical documentation
- Travel Expectation: Up to 10% travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and industry events

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $96,000 - $125,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
