Position Summary:
The Senior Systems Engineer will lead systems engineering activities supporting the maturation of advanced signal processing technologies from concept through prototype demonstration. The position provides technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams while ensuring solutions meet operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop system architectures and interface definitions.
Perform requirements analysis and traceability.
Support trade studies and technical assessments.
Develop verification and validation strategies.
Coordinate hardware, software, and algorithm integration.
Manage technical risks.
Support design reviews.
Develop systems engineering artifacts.
Interface with government technical leads.
Required Qualifications:
BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline.
7+ years systems engineering experience.

Experience with:
DoD acquisition lifecycle
Systems engineering processes
Requirements management
MBSE principles
Experience supporting software-intensive systems.
Candidate must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.
Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
Desired Qualifications:
INCOSE ASEP/CSEP certification.
Experience with Cameo, MagicDraw, or SysML.
Knowledge of digital engineering practices.
Experience supporting NAVWAR, NIWC, or ONR programs.
Top Secret Clearance with SCI Access and CI Polygraph is preferred.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is $170,000 - $245,000 annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, standing, and walking.
Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
