We're looking for an experienced Flooring Installer/Carpenter to join our restoration team and help bring damaged spaces back to life.
The ideal candidate is a skilled flooring installer/carpenter with strong experience in laying carpet, LVT, hardwood, and vinyl sheet goods. Experience in drywall, trim, and painting is a plus. You'll play a key role in completing restoration and remodeling projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Additional skills in other trades are a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Installing floor coverings primarily
- Install and repair drywall, trim, baseboards, and other interior finishes
- Conduct painting and touch-up work to ensure a clean, finished appearance
- Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Work closely with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven carpentry experience - must be skilled floor coverings installation
- Must supply your own tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
