Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The Manager, Reporting & Analytics is business process owner, responsible for leading the development of executive ‑ level analytics, insights, and reporting that enable data ‑ driven decision ‑ making across supply chain strategy, competitive insights, and operational performance.

- Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of global supply chain reporting and analytics frameworks to support strategic and operational decision ‑ making .
- Translate business and transformation priorities into clear analytics requirements and performance metrics aligned to Global Supply Chain objectives .
- Partner with digital and/or technology organization to automate reporting processes and enhance data compilation and visualization capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and standardization across reporting solutions by establishing governance, controls, and best practices.
- Drive adoption of analytics tools and reporting solutions through stakeholder engagement, training, and change management support.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across supply chain operations and communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
- Contribute to the roadmap for analytics enablement, including process improvements, automation, and scalability of reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree required , preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data ‑ driven roles, with demonstrated impact in a complex, global organization.
- Strong experience developing executive ‑ level dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical insights.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to partner cross ‑ functionally in a matrixed environment, including strategy, operations, and digital teams.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or transformation initiatives in a global or highly regulated environment.
- Hands ‑ on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with data governance, standardization, and analytics best practices.
- Experience supporting large ‑ scale change, transformation, or continuous improvement programs.
- Strong communication , stakeholder management, and problem ‑ solving skills.
