Product Manager - Account Analysis Solutions

What does a great Account Analysis Product Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Senior Product Manager at Fiserv in the Digital Payment Solutions business unit, you will be responsible for leading the strategic execution and operational support of various products related to Account Analysis, Pricing and Billing solutions. Your role is crucial in supporting business modelling, revenue capture, and relationship-based banking services billing for numerous commercial customers at major financial institutions across the U.S. You will work on delivering value to clients, attracting new clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, stable, and scalable Account Analysis, Pricing and Billing solutions. Collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams is vital to creating differentiation and building success in a competitive market.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute delivery plans for a defined product roadmap, in line with a target product strategy, operations, and marketing plans
  • Partner closely with allied groups including Development, Implementations, Service, Operations and Sales/Marketing, ensuring delivered product aligns to business requirements and objectives
  • Collaborate with clients and client-facing teams to support product adoption and roll-out
  • Lead the development of a long-term product and market strategy
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive innovation and business growth in a shared services environment


What You Will Need To Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Analysis, Pricing and Billing solutions for Commercial/Treasury Banking at a Financial Institution, working as Product Manager, Solutions Consulting or related roles
  • Experience in Financial products/services in a financial institution or software company
  • Strong Product Management or Product Delivery background with a focus on developing new or enhanced products to anticipate and meet changing market needs
  • Understanding of customer needs and market trends in the banking and financial services industry
  • Ability to work in a complex business environment and drive cultural transformation
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving business growth
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, Technology focus preferred

Salary Range

$111,000.00 - $188,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
