Mailroom Services Associate
Responsibilities:
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming mail and packages to ensure prompt handling each day.
• Deliver correspondence, parcels, and internal documents to designated departments across multiple nearby locations.
• Prepare outbound mail by checking labeling, postage, and shipping requirements before dispatch.
• Maintain orderly mailroom operations by tracking daily volume and keeping work areas neat and efficient.
• Coordinate scheduled pickups and drop-offs with courier or postal service providers as needed.
• Support routine mail processing tasks, including date stamping, routing, and distribution of time-sensitive items.
• Travel between assigned sites within walking distance to provide consistent mail services coverage throughout the week.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a mailroom, records, or office support environment.• Ability to sort and distribute high volumes of mail with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable walking between nearby office locations during the workday.
• Reliable organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring daily tasks independently.
• Clear communication skills and a detail-oriented approach when supporting internal teams.
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to lift and move mail bins, packages, or office materials within standard job expectations.
Compensation
