Construction Office Manager - Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing
• Utilize QuickBooks Online / QuickBooks for daily accounting functions
• Prepare and process AIA billing (G702/G703) for construction projects
Human Resources Administration
• Handle general HR tasks and employee support for office and field staff
• Manage new-hire onboarding for a workforce of 125+ employees
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration
• Support a team of 8 office employees and 120 field employees
• Serve as a central point of contact for office needs
Required Qualifications
• Accounts payable experience
• QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks experience (required)
• AIA billing experience
• HR administrative background (onboarding, benefits administration, general HR tasks)
• Office management experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Procore experience
• Payroll experience (ability to serve as payroll backup is desired)
• Executive/Personal Assistant skill set

Qualifications:
• Prior experience managing accounts payable processes in an office setting that requires strong attention to detail.• Hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks is required.
• Experience preparing construction billing documents, including G702 and G703 forms.
• Background in human resources administration, including onboarding, benefits support, and employee record maintenance.
• Previous experience overseeing office operations or serving in an office management capacity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance accounting, HR, and administrative responsibilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for supporting both office and field employees.
• Experience with payroll support, Procore, or executive-level administrative assistance is a plus.
Compensation
