Property Manager
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned residential properties and help ensure each community is maintained to a high standard.
• Build positive relationships with residents by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing responsive customer support.
• Coordinate leasing activities, including unit availability, applicant communication, and support for occupancy goals.
• Monitor rent collections, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain accurate payment records.
• Partner with maintenance staff and vendors to prioritize repair requests, track completion, and promote timely service.
• Use Yardi to manage property data, review operational information, and support administrative reporting.
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs to identify issues, reinforce community standards, and recommend corrective action.
• Support compliance-related activities, including work connected to HUD or other applicable housing program requirements.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience managing residential or mixed-property portfolios in a detail-oriented property management environment.• Strong working knowledge of leasing practices, resident relations, rent administration, and maintenance coordination.
• Proficiency with Yardi for property management activities and recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with HUD guidelines or regulated housing requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across properties ranging from smaller to mid-sized communities.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external service providers.
• Organized approach to documentation, follow-up, and daily operational oversight.
Compensation
