Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome tenants, guests, and vendors at the reception area and provide courteous, helpful assistance.
• Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate service requests and day-to-day communication with outside vendors to support property operations.
• Assist with tenant-facing administrative tasks, including documentation, records updates, and routine office support.
• Provide clear guidance to on-site security personnel regarding visitor flow, building procedures, and daily priorities.
• Enter and maintain information in office systems with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Help balance shifting demands throughout the day by adjusting priorities and responding quickly to urgent needs.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative, front desk, or receptionist capacity.• Strong ability to answer inbound calls effectively and handle multiple interactions efficiently.
• Proficiency with general office administration and data entry tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication skills and a business-casual presentation.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break.
• Property management experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
