Workday Developer

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Architect to lead the design and delivery of advanced Workday integration solutions. This role focuses on connecting HR technology platforms, streamlining data movement across systems, and building scalable architecture that supports recruiting and workforce operations. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise in Workday tools, API development, automation, and secure enterprise integration practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support complex Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.

• Architect solutions that connect Workday with recruiting platforms, HR applications, and other enterprise systems.

• Build and enhance automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and support AI-enabled business processes.

• Develop and maintain secure API-based integrations while ensuring reliable data exchange across the HR technology landscape.

• Configure and govern Workday security frameworks to protect sensitive data and enforce appropriate system access.

• Partner with technical and functional stakeholders to define architecture standards, integration patterns, and scalable solution designs.

• Lead integration testing efforts and promote continuous integration practices to improve deployment quality and system reliability.

• Support the extension of Workday capabilities through tools such as Workday Extend and Orchestrate to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with significant focus on Workday integration and HR systems.
• Advanced expertise with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, APIs, and related integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of Workday HRIS architecture, data structures, and security configuration.
• Experience designing integrations for recruiting ecosystems and other interconnected HR technology platforms.
• Proficiency in Core Java and its application within enterprise integration development.
• Knowledge of automation strategies, orchestration tools, and modern workflow optimization approaches.
• Familiarity with integration testing, continuous integration methods, and best practices for reliable solution delivery.

Compensation

$120,000.00-$140,000.00 Yearly
