Purchasing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and revise purchase orders in SAP
- Attach supporting documentation to purchase orders
- Re-send revised purchase orders through Ariba
- Perform pricing updates and data entry
- Communicate with suppliers regarding updated pricing
- Provide administrative support to the Purchasing team
Qualifications:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Pivot Tables)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- SharePoint and Outlook experience
- SAP experience is a plus but not required
