What You'll Do:

✔ Support daily office operations and administrative activities

✔ Prepare and process leasing documents with accuracy and attention to detail

✔ Serve as a welcoming point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors

✔ Respond to resident inquiries and assist with issue resolution

✔ Maintain organized records, files, and correspondence

✔ Utilize Microsoft Office to support reporting, tracking, and general administrative functions

✔ Partner closely with the Property Manager to support leasing efforts and resident services

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:

✅ 1+ year of experience in administrative, leasing, property management, or office support roles

✅ Customer-focused professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for helping residents and prospects

✅ Familiarity with leasing documents and day-to-day property management operations

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
