Receptionist
An established and highly reputable full service law firm in north Seattle is seeking a Receptionist to add to their team of legal support staff. This role acts as the face of the firm, greeting clients and vendors as they arrive to the office, maintaining office operations and supplies, answers and routes phone calls and may be cross trained into other tasks to grow their skills in the legal field.
The hourly range is $24-28/hr, full-time 40-hour work weeks, Monday-Friday 8:15-5:15 with a one-hour lunch. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 1-2 weeks PTO plus 1 hour of sick time per 40 hours worked, 11 paid holidays and additional perks.
The firm has a welcoming and friendly culture, vibrant office full of people and a history of promoting from within (the reason this role is now open).
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Experience in an office/administrative position
- Experience answering an office phone and routing calls through a multi-line system
- A demonstrated interest in the legal field
- Ability to commute daily and work in-office Monday through Friday weekly
- Professional demeanor, work ethic and communication (verbally and in written correspondence)
