Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute department communications for both internal teams and external audiences, ensuring messages are clear, accurate, and timely.
• Coordinate board meeting logistics by arranging schedules, developing meeting agendas, and confirming materials are ready in advance.
• Record thorough meeting notes, document action items, and monitor follow-up tasks through completion.
• Compile, review, and organize information needed to create well-prepared presentations and supporting materials for board meetings and community-facing discussions.
• Respond to requests for information promptly and track outstanding items to help maintain smooth department operations.
• Provide front office and receptionist support, including answering inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Perform data entry and maintain administrative records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support, office coordination, or similar role.• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, meeting preparation, and follow-up tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear correspondence and presentation materials.
• Experience handling inbound calls, front desk responsibilities, or general receptionist functions.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized, accurate administrative documentation.
• Skilled in standard administrative office practices with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time Contract role while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Compensation
