Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a Contract assignment. In this role, you will examine service agreement records, validate critical data points, and help maintain accurate information across business systems. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who can work methodically, resolve inconsistencies, and uphold data quality standards throughout the project.

Responsibilities:

• Examine active and historical customer service agreements to confirm that records are complete, accurate, and aligned with source documentation.

• Validate key contract elements such as coverage terms, effective and expiration dates, invoicing details, equipment information, and total contract value.

• Cross-check data stored in business platforms against supporting files to detect mismatches, omissions, and other record discrepancies.

• Apply approved updates to contract and customer information within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.

• Record exceptions clearly and route complex issues to management when review or decision-making is required.

• Adhere to defined workflows and data governance standards to preserve consistency, traceability, and data integrity across all reviewed records.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data validation, or a related analytical position.
• Demonstrated ability to review large volumes of information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong understanding of data integrity principles and disciplined record maintenance practices.
• Ability to compare system information with source documents and identify inconsistencies efficiently.
• Effective written documentation skills for tracking exceptions, findings, and follow-up actions.
• Comfortable working independently within structured processes in a Contract role environment.

Compensation

$20.00-$23.00 Hourly
