Outside Sales Manager
Our client, a growing home services organization is seeking an Outside Sales Manager to lead, develop an established a sales team supporting a rapidly expanding Lawn & Pest division.
This role is responsible for coaching, performance management, recruiting, training, and scaling a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales leadership experience and a proven track record of building successful teams in the lawn care, pest control, or broader home services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of inside sales professionals
- Drive sales performance, accountability, and KPI achievement
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
- Implement coaching strategies that improve conversion rates and revenue growth
- Partner with leadership on team expansion and process improvements
- Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Outside sales management experience required
- Lawn care or pest control industry experience strongly preferred
- Home services industry experience required
- Proven success building and scaling sales teams
- Experience managing call center sales teams preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
