Recruiter

We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Colorado within the real estate and property sector.

This role will manage full-cycle recruiting through the offer stage, partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract talent for operations, resident-facing, and maintenance-related positions. The ideal candidate brings a thoughtful approach to candidate evaluation, strong communication skills, and the ability to move searches forward with urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activity from intake through offer preparation for a range of business-critical openings.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, align on candidate profiles, and provide consistent updates throughout the search process.

• Source and engage talent with relevant experience for operations, resident services, service technician, and property-focused roles using creative outreach strategies.

• Screen applicants thoroughly to assess experience, fit, and long-term potential, with an emphasis on improving selection outcomes.

• Maintain momentum on active requisitions by balancing responsiveness, follow-up, and proactive problem-solving on hard-to-fill positions.

• Track recruiting activity and share progress through regular reporting, weekly team discussions, and one-on-one meetings.

• Collaborate with recruiters and talent operations partners to ensure a smooth handoff at the offer stage and support an efficient hiring process.

• Recommend improvements to sourcing methods and screening practices to help address turnover and strengthen retention outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer-stage management.

• Background recruiting for high-volume or corporate environments, ideally within property management, residential services, or service technician hiring.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and work effectively with multiple hiring partners.

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing requisitions while maintaining organization, urgency, and attention to detail.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage workflows and reporting.

• Clear and detail-focused communication skills, with a track record of providing timely updates and influencing hiring decisions.

• Self-directed approach with strong ownership, accountability, and a willingness to explore new recruiting strategies.
