Position Overview

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting business decisions through financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, and eager to make an impact within a growing organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts, and budget-to-actual analyses
  • Assist with annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or improved performance
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support operational and financial goals
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance
  • Help improve reporting tools, processes, and overall financial efficiency
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems or ERP platforms
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to a variety of audiences
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a growing company environment where priorities may shift
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed



Compensation

$65,000.00-$70,000.00 Yearly
