HR Recruiter

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This role will support end-to-end hiring activities, helping the organization identify, engage, and secure talent with relevant experience across a range of openings. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing and interviewing skills, stays organized in a fast-moving environment, and is comfortable working with recruiting and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake discussions and candidate outreach through interviews, selection, and offer coordination.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines by using proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract talent with relevant experience.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate experience, fit, and readiness for open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, align on recruiting priorities, and provide updates on search progress.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system and related HR platforms.
• Review recruiting data and use basic Excel skills to track activity, organize information, and support reporting needs.
• Ensure each stage of the hiring process is completed with a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Support recruiting operations involving Kronos, Kronos Workforce, UKG Pro, and UKG Ready as needed to facilitate hiring workflows.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing full cycle recruiting in a corporate or business environment.
• Ability to source candidates effectively and build talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
• Strong interviewing skills, including candidate screening and structured assessment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and confidence maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• Working knowledge of Kronos, Kronos Workforce, UKG Pro, or UKG Ready.
• Basic Excel proficiency for organizing hiring data and supporting routine reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency.

Compensation

$23.75-$27.50 Hourly
