Human Resources (HR) Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a long-term contract opportunity based in Los Angeles, California. This role focuses on managing recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer coordination while partnering closely with hiring teams to identify suitable talent. The ideal candidate brings strong corporate recruiting experience, sound judgment in candidate evaluation, and confidence working within applicant tracking systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruiting activities, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify position needs, align on candidate profiles, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and targeted sourcing strategies for current and future openings.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for assigned roles.
• Oversee scheduling and communication for virtual panel interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interview teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and keep recruiting data, candidate status, and documentation up to date.
• Support compliance with hiring policies, employment practices, and internal recruiting procedures throughout the selection process.
• Contribute to recruiting operations and process-related activities, including updates tied to tools, workflows, or staffing procedures when needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle hiring in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to source, attract, and evaluate candidates across a range of roles.
• Experience conducting interviews and presenting suitable candidates to hiring managers.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting documentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving setting.
• Sound understanding of recruiting best practices, candidate experience, and selection processes.

Compensation

$28.50-$30.00 Hourly
