Administrative
Responsibilities:
• Manage a mix of incoming and outgoing communications to assist customers with service-related questions and updates.
• Review customer concerns, document key details, and direct each request to the appropriate department or service resource.
• Maintain and update service records, tickets, and related administrative documentation to support smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help align service technicians, installation activity, spare parts requests, and follow-up actions.
• Provide timely status updates to customers regarding service activity and next steps while maintaining a courteous and helpful approach.
• Enter and organize data in office systems, including CRM and proprietary software, to keep information accurate and current.
• Use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel to prepare correspondence, track information, and support reporting needs.
• Assist the service leadership team with general clerical duties and administrative coverage during a contract leave period.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, or service coordination role.• Prior experience handling customer communication in a detail-oriented office setting, including both inbound and outbound calls.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to use basic formulas such as SUM.
• Experience with data entry, order processing, invoice-related support, or CRM system updates.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen carefully, respond with empathy, and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
• Background supporting manufacturing, service, or industrial operations is helpful.
• No degree is required; practical experience and strong administrative skills are valued.
Compensation
