Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain legal documents, office records, and other on-site files so materials are easy to locate and track throughout the project.
• Develop and update detailed inventories for furniture, equipment, supplies, and records associated with the office move.
• Review documents and materials against organizational guidelines to help identify what should be retained, archived, shredded, or discarded.
• Prepare files, records, and workplace materials for packing and transport to support a smooth relocation process.
• Assist with planning the layout of the new office, including documenting seating assignments and workspace arrangements.
• Keep clear and accurate records of project activities, inventories, and relocation-related decisions from start to finish.
• Work closely with internal team members to gather information, share updates, and help keep the move organized and on schedule.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, call handling, and front-office assistance, as needed during the assignment.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a related business support role.• Previous involvement with office moves, records organization, inventory tracking, or other large-scale administrative projects is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a consistent focus on accuracy and follow-through.
• Ability to handle confidential documents and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing several responsibilities at once.
• Comfortable using standard office software and performing data entry, phone support, and general administrative tasks.
Compensation
