Vendor Relations Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain vendor records by entering, reviewing, and updating information within Excel-based tracking tools with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate supplier outreach efforts by following established communication workflows and ensuring questionnaires are distributed and monitored appropriately.
• Review incoming vendor responses to confirm completion status and flag suppliers that are ready for internal evaluation and approval.
• Organize documentation and maintain clear, up-to-date files that support efficient tracking of vendor engagement activities.
• Prepare recurring progress updates for leadership by compiling outreach data and summarizing weekly activity.
• Provide administrative assistance for team projects and day-to-day operational needs as priorities shift.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to support reporting, communication, and recordkeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
• Experience in data entry or administrative coordination roles requiring strong attention to detail.• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including working with filters, dropdown lists, and basic formulas.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including courteous phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep records organized, and meet deadlines in an on-site office setting.
• Comfortable handling numeric and text-based data with consistency and accuracy.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar business systems is a plus.
