Sr. Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex calendars for leaders and team members across multiple departments, ensuring meetings are scheduled efficiently and priorities are managed proactively.
• Arrange business travel, prepare itineraries, and support related logistics so executives and staff can travel without disruption.
• Organize conference calls, meetings, and internal discussions by preparing materials, confirming attendance, and handling follow-up items.
• Provide administrative support for contract, HR, and executive-related activities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare, format, and update documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders, responding professionally and helping direct requests to the appropriate teams.
• Track assignments, deadlines, and routine office activities to help departments stay organized and on schedule.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and leadership.
• Ability to support multiple teams simultaneously while staying organized and attentive to detail.
• Solid general office and administrative skills, including document preparation, scheduling, and follow-through.
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Compensation
