Logistics Analyst

We're seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics activities. This role will serve as the primary liaison between our company and our warehouse partner, ensuring accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, performing cycle counts, and maintaining inventory transactions within our ERP system. You'll work closely with the Commercial, Logistics, and Finance teams to support daily operations and reporting.

Qualifications:

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Experience with inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliations Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on logistics detail oriented who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys maintaining accurate inventory while supporting cross-functional teams.

Compensation

$23.75-$27.50 Hourly
