(MTR) Support Technician
Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Microsoft Teams Rooms environments, ensuring conference room systems remain available, properly configured, and ready for daily use.
• Deliver technical assistance for collaboration hardware and software, including Android-based meeting room devices and related peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network and device connectivity issues affecting room systems, coordinating problem resolution to minimize meeting disruptions.
• Provide remote support to diagnose, escalate, and resolve incidents involving conferencing platforms and integrated room technology.
• Manage and support tasks related to Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID to maintain access, authentication, and service functionality.
• Use Logitech Sync and Pro Portal tools to monitor device health, apply updates, and support ongoing room technology operations.
• Assist with conferencing platform changes, including experience supporting Zoom Rooms to Teams Rooms transition activities when needed.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support actions to improve service consistency and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms environments.• Working knowledge of Logitech Sync and Pro Portal for monitoring and managing collaboration devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online administration in a support or operations setting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity, access, and user support functions.
• Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues and restore connectivity for room-based technology.
• Experience supporting Android-powered collaboration devices and associated meeting room equipment.
• Strong remote troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and communicate clearly.
• Previous exposure to Zoom Rooms to Teams Rooms migration work is preferred.
Compensation
