Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English)

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) to support a staffing organization working onsite in the Baltimore area. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for a variety of positions while building strong relationships with both clients and job seekers. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews in both English and Spanish
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and new hire paperwork
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Follow up with employees regarding attendance, performance, and assignment updates
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting tools to identify qualified talent
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide hiring updates

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, call center, or human resources experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting software/ATS platforms
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
