Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to work onsite and oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and has strong communication and administrative skills. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership while supporting the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with event planning
- Support onboarding activities and general employee administrative needs
- Assist with basic reporting
- Ensure the office environment remains professional, organized, and efficient
- Coordinate facility maintenance and office repairs when necessary
- Support management with special projects and operational initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office management, administrative, executive assistant, or operations experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience working with confidential information
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Compensation
