Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
- Analyze variances and provide recommendations to management
- Assist with audit preparation and external auditor requests
- Support process improvements and accounting system implementations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar platforms
- CPA or CPA-track preferred
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to new environments and processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
