Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Legal Department, assisting with document management, legal correspondence, subpoena tracking, and special projects. This role requires exceptional organization, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Legal team.
- Assist with the preparation, tracking, and filing of subpoenas and other legal documents.
- Maintain confidential legal files and records, both electronic and paper.
- Coordinate document requests and responses with internal departments.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and legal-related documentation.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate departmental projects.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of legal administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and tracking logs.
- Answer departmental phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Perform general administrative duties including scanning, copying, filing, and data entry.
- Support additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably within a legal, compliance, government, or corporate environment.
- Experience handling subpoenas, legal documents, contracts, or confidential records is highly preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
Compensation
