Administrative Coordinator
DUTIES
Provide administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer/General Counsel that includes, but is not limited to:
• Scheduling meetings, filing, records management, processing invoices and timesheets, and tracking expenses
• Preparing corporate filings, meeting agendas, minutes, corporate resolutions and other correspondence
• Routing contracts for execution
• Processing subpoenas, liens and document requests
• Assist with preparing draft legal documents for approval
• Provide back-up administrative support to other C-Suite Executives
• Work with other administrative staff to set-up for meetings, events and trainings
EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of two years’ experience providing direct administrative support to an Executive or Attorney
• One year of experience working in a corporate legal department, law firm or compliance department required
• Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.

• Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with all levels of employees including C-suite team, Board members and other stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain and uphold strict confidentiality.
• Ability to timely and accurately prepare documents.
• Exhibit proactive problem-solving skills.
• Possess soft skills to navigate office dynamics to achieve business objectives.
• Ability to build trust with Executive level staff.
• Be able to solve problems and drive administrative task forward in the absence of the CCO/GC.
