Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that align enterprise software systems with
organizational strategy, priorities, and business objectives.
- Lead daily IS operations including system performance, ticket management, prioritization,
escalation, and resolution.
- Supervise system administrators and support staff, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for unresolved issues and cross-system challenges.
- Establish structured support processes, service expectations, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate workflows across systems, departments, and software platforms.
- Oversee execution of system changes and releases with proper testing and communication.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for support and change management.
- Manage day-to-day vendor support and escalate risks as needed.
- Ensure adherence to security, access, and compliance practices.
- Provide operational reporting and insights to the VP of Information Systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
- 7–10 years of experience in IT operations.
- 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, EHR, etc.).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong operational and strategic leadership and team management skills.
- Technology roadmap development and strategic planning experience.
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and drive execution.
- Knowledge of system support and change management practices.
