Responsibilities
- Establish, enforce, and standardize pipeline stages to ensure consistent progress and tracking. Align upcoming projects with resource availability to ensure delivery dates are met.
- Provide real-time visibility into pipeline data and create/maintain dashboards and/or retrospectives for regional staff and/or enterprise leadership.
- Identify process and/or pipeline gaps, troubleshoot stalls, and partner with cross-functional resources and/or leadership on mitigation strategies and execution.
- Maintain Pipeline structure, workflow, approval automations, and data integrity standards. This includes championing standard operating procedures within regions, assisting with relevant training, and maintaining communications regarding enterprise-wide changes to process and/or best practices

- Affinity for and/or experience with technology - SDLC, transaction processing, fintech, and payments

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in technology, finance or business preferred (or equivalent business experience)
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in: business development / cross-functional product development or management consulting / financial services with exposure to transaction processing, IT service delivery and/or fintech/payments industry
- Advanced MS /copilot skills preferred, not required
- PMP, six sigma, scrum and/or agile certification preferred, not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and balance competing priorities
- Ability to use sound, independent reasoning and judgment to establish work priorities
- Proven ability to respond to constantly changing priorities and shifting deadlines in a turbulent working environment
