About the Role & Team
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant for a full-time temporary engagement spanning several months. In this remote role, you will provide dedicated support to both the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), serving as an indispensable partner in managing their day-to-day priorities and enabling them to operate at peak effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

Administrative Support:

  • Manage executives' calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
  • Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Organize team meeting cadences, including preparation of agendas, notetaking, and follow-up with responsible parties on associated actions and deadlines. 

Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and external partners.
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and other team members, fostering clear and effective communication across the organization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10–15 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and mindful stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environment.

Compensation Transparency

At IDC, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. Employees are compensated equitably for their work, aligned with their skills and experience. Salary and incentive structures are determined through a rigorous process that considers experience, education, certifications, role-specific requirements, internal equity, and verified U.S. market data from an independent third-party partner.

The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $50 – $70 per hour.
