POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must fulfill duties of all previous grades;
• Read blueprints;
• Perform plumbing work using copper crimping tools;
• Install plumbing fixtures;
• Repair faucets;
• Repair plumbing lines;
• Rough-out plumbing services;
• Solder, braze, etc.;
• Lay out jobs and assist in scheduling work;
• Complete finish work;
• Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma and 4 years of current plumbing experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.

• Must possess the strength and dexterity needed to perform the job and the physical ability to move equipment as necessary;
• Must adhere to operational safety rules and regulations as deemed by the College;
• Must be able to follow directives and possess good communication skills and ability to interact with building/office occupants effectively;
• Must be able to work alone and with others;
• Must possess working plumbing knowledge;
• Must be able to use all hand and power tools e.g.,: all saws, hand snakes, threading machine and hand drills and freeze kits.
