Job Summary:
The Enterprise Applications Administrator II (EAA) is responsible for the implementation, administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications as assigned. The EA Administrator II understands business processes to improve and utilize system functionality and support strategic initiatives, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. This role collaborates with vendor management, project management, business units, and IT to ensure the platform effectively supports business processes, maintains data integrity, and provides an exceptional user experience. This role will be responsible for building expertise and knowledge in their assigned platforms to learn, understand and support the business units' needs, own day to day responsibilities, and improve processes.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
- System Configuration
- Collaborates to plan and implement setup and configuration for assigned applications.
- Gathers business requirements and translates them into application configurations.
- Performs the upkeep of system configurations and application upgrades, patches, releases, and maintenance activities including coordinating testing.
- Learns about integrations and API connectors to enhance the infrastructure when approved.
- Identifies and relays best practices for system utilization.
- Supports the end-to-end configuration of assigned applications, ensuring thorough knowledge and understanding.
- System Administration
- Sets up, administers, tracks, and provides support for user profiles, security roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Executes releases, upgrades, and new feature deployments.
- Monitors system health and proactively address performance issues.
- Maintains objects, reports, dashboards, list views, flows, and approval processes.
- Supports integrations between nCino, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
- Manages application and/or user licenses and monitor utilization.
- Manages security settings.
- Ensures data quality and system integrity.
- Recommends best practices for system utilization.
- Stays informed of product roadmaps and upcoming releases and disseminate information as appropriate.
- Continuous Process Improvement
- Partners with business units to understand operational challenges and collaborate and suggest solutions.
- Learns processes and identifies opportunities to streamline utilizing automation, reconfiguration, or workflow optimization.
- Works with Business Process Improvement teams to identify possible automation and workflow enhancements.
- Configures applications to support evolving business requirements.
- Add new products as requested.
- Participates in business process redesign initiatives.
- Participates in process mapping and solution design sessions.
- Understands best practices for maximizing platform capabilities.
- Training & User Adoption
- Collaborates with the Business Units to update and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and user training materials.
- Helps develop training plans, materials, and documentation for application users, keeping materials up to date.
- Conducts user or application training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Supports the onboarding of new users.
- Promotes the adoption of system functionality, new features, and best practices.
- Governance, Security & Compliance
- Communicates, maintains, and executes a change management (release) process for updates to existing applications and follows documentation standards for such configurations and changes.
- Ensures applications and environments comply with organizational standards, internal controls, policies, risk, audit requirements, and industry and regulatory standards and requirements.
- Ensures governing security standards are followed for systems and access.
- Maintains documentation supporting audits and examinations. Participates in reviews and meetings as requested.
- Documents and ensures compliance with change management and release governance
- Stays informed on emerging products, services, trends, regulatory developments, integration frameworks, best practices, regulatory impacts, and industry standards as it relates to products and related services supported.
- Reporting, Analytics & Data Management
- Monitors data quality and integrity.
- Assists Business Units with reporting and data analysis needs.
- Assists in identifying and maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting to continuously improve data quality, process integrity, and productivity.
- Utilizes customer and application reports for operational and management reporting.
- Supports data imports, exports, and system integrations.
- Monitors and reports on system utilization
- Assists with the institution’s data maintenance including auditing and diagnosing data integrity issues and completing bulk imports of data.
- Project Participation
- Participates in enterprise implementations and upgrades for assigned vendors and applications.
- Works directly with an assigned Project Manager and assist with planning, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for assigned new applications, upgrades, or conversions.
- Coordinates with project managers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Documents project activities and configuration decisions.
- Business Unit and User Support
- Serves as the primary point of contact for business units regarding assigned enterprise applications functionality.
- Supports Treasury, Private Banking, Consumer Services, Electronic Banking, and Operations staff utilization of the assigned enterprise systems.
- Identifies, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and works to resolve end user problems in a manner that exemplifies high standards of customer service and maintains service level expectations for incident resolution.
- Configures and maintains workflows, page layouts, record types, fields, validations, and automations.
- Assists in developing an intake and tracking method for requests
- Assists with knowledge articles and troubleshooting documentation.
- Strategic Partner Engagement
- Collaborates with Treasury, Private Banking, Consumer Services, Electronic Banking, and Operations to understand requirements, business use cases, and strategy for end-to-end support of applications configurations.
- Serves as the primary technical and administrative liaison with software and support vendors and manages requests and support cases for assigned applications. These include but are not limited to SalesForce, nCino, SWIVEL, Sandbox, Alloy, Plaid, and other enterprise applications and vendors as assigned.
- Collaborates with the Enterprise Strategic Vendor Management team for vendor relationships, documentation, compliance, enhancement requests, support, and issue management.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience administering nCino and/or Salesforce or other CRM systems, or administration of business systems, or enterprise level applications preferred or 3+ years of bank operations, enterprise systems administration, or equivalent experience required.
- Understanding of nCino, Salesforce, and Sandbox platform architecture preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, security model, and reporting helpful
- Experience supporting banking operations preferred
- Experience with system configuration and business process optimization preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations preferred
- Experience with reporting and dashboards & data management preferred
- Experience with systems integrations preferred
- Preferred Certifications
- nCino Administrator Certification - required in first 18 months

Hiring Salary Range
The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Starting Base Salary Range: $66,000 - $78,000 plus annual bonus
