Sr. Internal Communications Partner
Responsibilities:
• Design and carry out internal communication plans that align with business priorities and strengthen employee connection across the organization.
• Create, edit, and distribute a wide range of internal content, including leadership messages, newsletters, intranet articles, presentations, announcements, and multimedia materials.
• Oversee internal communication channels and maintain an editorial schedule to ensure timely, consistent, and well-coordinated messaging.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate key initiatives into clear communication for varied employee audiences.
• Advise stakeholders on message development, channel selection, and communication approach to improve reach and effectiveness.
• Administer SharePoint and intranet content by publishing updates, maintaining communication resources, and supporting governance for internal information.
• Use engagement data and readership metrics to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements to internal communication strategies.
• Develop methods and communication practices that support effective information sharing across different work settings.
• Contribute to additional communication-related projects and duties as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a closely related role with demonstrated success delivering employee-focused initiatives.• Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills, including experience preparing communications for executives and senior leaders.
• Practical experience with SharePoint administration, content publishing, and intranet management.
• Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments and leadership levels.
• Knowledge of internal communications strategy, channel planning, and best practices for employee engagement.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Comfort using analytics and reporting to measure communication performance and guide continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to convert complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
