Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Manage a busy front desk by welcoming guests, directing inquiries, and maintaining a strong first impression for the office.
• Handle incoming phone calls through a multi-line system, route messages accurately, and connect callers with the appropriate team members.
• Prepare and distribute letters, routine correspondence, and other office communications with attention to detail.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance such as filing, scheduling support, record updates, and general office coordination.
• Enter and maintain information in internal records and documents, ensuring data is current and organized.
• Support staff with clerical tasks that help keep daily operations running smoothly in an in-person office environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support position.• Ability to manage inbound calls confidently using a multi-line phone system.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented approach when interacting with clients and visitors.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with general administrative duties, including correspondence and data entry.
• Reliable availability for a permanent, onsite schedule from Monday through Friday.
Compensation
