Recruiter
We are looking for a Spanish bilingual Recruiter to support staffing efforts for a plastics manufacturing organization in Aurora, Illinois. This contract opportunity is ideal for a recruiting specialist who can manage the staffing process from initial sourcing through interview coordination and candidate selection. The person in this role will partner with stakeholders to identify talent needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment activities across the full staffing cycle, from opening requisitions to final candidate selection and onboarding coordination.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract talent with relevant experience for corporate and business support roles within the organization.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates whose experience aligns with position needs and staffing priorities.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, communication abilities, and overall fit for open opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers and HR partners to define role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward efficiently.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, job postings, and staffing workflow updates within the applicant tracking system.
• Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the process to ensure a timely, thoughtful, and engaging experience.
• Track recruiting activity and provide updates on pipeline progress, interview status, and staffing outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or structured environment.• Background in sourcing candidates through multiple channels and building talent pipelines for open positions.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications against business needs.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Organized approach to managing multiple openings, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Prior recruiting experience supporting HR, corporate, or related functional roles is preferred.
Compensation
