Part-time Facilities Administrator
We are looking for a Facilities Administrator to support daily workplace operations in San Diego, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating multiple tasks, and helping create an organized and welcoming office environment. The role will serve as a central point of contact for facilities-related needs while assisting with reporting, vendor coordination, and special projects.

Monday - Off
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Thursday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with external service providers to support ongoing facility needs and ensure work is completed on time.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports to help track facility activities, requests, and performance.
• Manage purchasing and replenishment of office materials to keep supplies available for employees and visitors.
• Monitor and restock kitchen items, including food and beverages, to maintain shared office spaces.
• Act as a primary contact for workplace coordination by responding to requests and directing issues to the appropriate resources.
• Support meeting and conference room readiness to help maintain functional and well-organized shared spaces.
• Assist with special assignments and administrative projects related to facilities operations as business needs arise
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in facilities support, office coordination, or an administrative role is preferred.• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across a wide range of teams and vendors.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and standard computer applications used for office administration.
• Familiarity with CMMS or computerized maintenance management systems is preferred.
• Experience supporting conference room coordination or workplace logistics is an asset.
• Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System is helpful but not required.
Compensation
